YMCA Brunel Group in Bath is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People Team to provide professional, proactive people support across the organisation and employee lifecycle.
You will advise managers, conduct investigations and handle a varied workload within a fast-paced environment, promoting wellbeing and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
A CIPD Level 5 qualification or progression towards it is preferred, with strong HR experience also considered for the role.
