Due to the retirement of our current CEO, we are looking to recruit to this position, with the aim of an April 2027 start.
As Chief Executive Officer of YMCA Brunel Group, you will provide strategic leadership, working closely with the Board of Trustees to deliver our vision and charitable purpose. Leading the Executive Team, you will drive organisational effectiveness, financial sustainability, service quality and growth, while fostering a positive culture aligned with our values. You will safeguard our people, resources and reputation, ensuring YMCA Brunel Group continues to evolve and make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.
Salary £85,000 - £100,00 depending on skills and experience.
Based in Bath but with the ability to travel across all geographical areas of our work.
