  • Housing Support: Each year, we provide accommodation to over 700 individuals at risk of homelessness or facing barriers to independent living. We don’t just offer a place to stay; we offer comprehensive support to help our residents build confidence and essential life skills.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Our vibrant centre in Bath offers a fully equipped gym, fitness areas, and a wide variety of classes.
  • Youth Clubs & Nurseries: With 12 youth clubs and 8 Ofsted-registered nurseries, we help children and young people grow, develop, and prepare for their future.

The Role: Accommodation and Support Worker (16+)

As an integral member of our support team in Yeovil, you will:

  • Support young people aged 16+ in housing projects and within the community, helping them gain the skills and confidence to live independently.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to those not yet housed by helping them identify, secure, and set up accommodation.
  • Guide young people through each stage of their housing journey, focusing on their health, safety, achievement, positive contribution, and economic well-being.

This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Location/Hours

Yeovil - 37.5 hours/week. Shifts will follow a rolling rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (between 8 am-10 pm).
