About the role
Are you passionate about promoting children's wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Everleigh Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis. As an Educator, you'll help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for primary-aged children before school, after school and during the school holidays. With a mix of structured and spontaneous play-based activities, you'll be at the heart of children's social learning and creativity.

What you'll do
- Supervise and engage children in Before & After School sessions
- Run or assist with a variety of hands-on activities during Vacation Care
- Create a welcoming and inclusive space where all children feel safe, supported and inspired to grow
- Promote children's wellbeing, confidence, and friendships through play
What you'll bring
- Hold or studying towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services, School Age Education and Care or similar
- A great sense of fun, energy and creativity
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
