Personal AssistantFull Time and Part Time Positions Available£12.71 per hour or £12.96 per hour for NVQ Level 2 or above
This role will include:
- Providing full personal care with dignity and respect.
- Supporting individuals with medication (in line with training and policy).
- Assisting with mobility and safe transfers (including hoisting).
- Supporting specialist health needs such as PEG feeding.
- Encouraging independence and participation in daily activities.
- Supporting access to the community.
- Completing clear and accurate care documentation.
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and individual choice at all times.
- Creating a safe, supportive environment that promotes independence, protects human rights and reflects everyone’s personal goals.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold or be willing to work towards) NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
- Be caring, patient, compassionate and respectful.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Be reliable, flexible and adaptable.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
- Be willing to undertake ongoing training and development.
