To contribute towards the development and production of a portfolio of reports including (but not limited to) commissioners’ reports, KPI reports and Board reports.

To manage data, including preparing, collating, and cleaning data, as well as creating and maintaining datasets.

To lead and chair the GDPR Overview Group

To work with the CEO, the Head of Operations and Managers to develop our data structures, enabling a robust data model and real-time reporting.

To work with colleagues across the organisation to understand the charity’s intelligence requirements, scope out projects and deliver reporting to agreed specifications, presenting complex information through a variety of means.

Providing carefully curated data to the fundraising manager which will power marketing campaigns.

Play a key role in strategic projects, as required, acting as a data expert, covering a range of topics.

Experience of maintaining data collection systems and database

Experience of troubleshooting and delivering training on technical systems

Experience of data reporting and analytics

Experience of producing reports for a wide audience, including Senior managers or Trustees

Experience of designing and implementing new systems (e.g. databases and data collection tools) to monitor and / or evaluate

Experience of using analytics to monitor and improve performance

Experience of developing strong working relationships across teams in an organisation

Experience of overseeing compliance with GDPR and Data Protection regulations

Desirable:

Experience using advanced data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau or similar)

Experience of working for a Regulated Social Housing provider

Experience of working with Supported Housing commissioners

Experience of supporting front-line staff with Subject Access Requests and Data Impact Assessments., * High efficiency in IT software and digital technologies such as Microsoft 365, AI, data analysis softwares (Tableau, Power BI)
