About the job
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Designer to join our workplace and interiors design team. This is a development role for someone with 1–2 years’ commercial workplace or interiors experience who wants to grow quickly, learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to real client projects. You will help turn client needs into clear, creative and deliverable design outputs, including layouts, test fits, presentation material, mood boards, finishes input, furniture planning and 3D visual communication.You will support both winning work and live project delivery, giving you exposure to early client conversations, proposals, site surveys, design development and the practical realities of making good design work in the built environment. You will be mentored by our Senior Designer while being trusted with meaningful work, client exposure and increasing ownership as your confidence grows.
