Location
Bath, Westfield and North East Somerset
Key Responsibilities
- Leading youth sessions in Westfield
- Detached youth work sessions in Bath and North East Somerset
- Designing engaging programmes tailored to young people's needs
- Managing, supporting, and mentoring a small team of staff and volunteers
- Ensuring smooth session delivery with a clear plan and positive energy
- Working a pattern that predominantly covers early to late evenings, with some daytime hours
- Travelling independently to multiple locations to deliver high-quality youth work where it’s needed most
