You will be an Education Support Worker for Youth Connect South West (YCSW) in Bath, delivery bespoke support as part of the Alternative Education offer. These packages serve young people aged 13β16 who cannot attend mainstream school due to anxiety, mental health difficulties or challenging behaviour, often with EHCPs.
You will hold a small caseload of students with SEND, plan activities, and help re-engage them with education.
