About the job
Support the delivery of digital communications across the organisation. You will help maintain the website, schedule and post social media content, create engaging digital materials, and assist with internal and external communications. You will play a key role in ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with organisational standards while helping showcase the work happening across youth services.

Key Responsibilities
- Website content maintenance and routine website updates
- Social media delivery for youth clubs and social media scheduling
- Organisational social media content and social media moderation
- External communications support
- Branded materials and asset management
- Reports and documents formatting
- Young People’s Awards support
- Internal communications delivery and internal updates including newsletters
- Coordination and administration of requests
- Compliance with standards checks
- Contribute and support YCSW values and safeguarding
