YMCA Bournemouth is seeking a Buildings Security Night Officer to safeguard premises, including hostel rooms, off-site accommodation, public areas and offices during the night shift (22:00–07:00). You will work on a rota within the Housing department, ensuring safety and welfare of service users.
The role requires independence, vigilance and strong communication, with responsibilities such as monitoring CCTV, following procedures, and responding to incidents.
