Are you an experienced supported housing professional ready to lead with purpose? We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Housing Manager to take operational responsibility for our supported housing services in Rugeley. You will oversee all aspects of housing management — from lettings, rent collection, maintenance, safeguarding, compliance, and performance — whilst leading a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support that empowers residents to thrive. Working closely with local authorities and partner agencies, you’ll drive high occupancy, financial performance and service excellence, ensuring safe, high-quality accommodation that transforms lives.
