WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Creating job advertisements and coordinating new starter documentation.
  • Handle DBS checks and draft employment contracts
  • Support managers with probation reviews and sickness absence processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records across the organisation
  • Provide HR guidance to managers on various people matters

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You will have (or be working towards) a Level 3 CIPD in People Practice. Most importantly, you can hit the ground running and

bring enthusiasm to this varied role.
