An experienced and proactive Financial Accountant to support leading our daily finance operations and deliver a high-quality, efficient finance service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact within a charitable organisation.

What you will do:

  • Support the management and development of the finance team
  • Oversee financial reporting, month-end processes, VAT compliance, and internal controls
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems and procedures
  • Work closely with managers across the organisation
  • Provide valuable financial insight to support decision‑making, identify efficiencies and ensure strong financial governance.

It is required that the successful applicant will complete a Basic DBS check.
