WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You'll work with individuals, families, volunteers, healthcare professionals and community organisations as part of the Making Connections programme in Walsall.
- Provide person-centred support to help people access local activities and services.
- Identify barriers to engagement and help build meaningful social connections.
- Develop partnerships with community organisations.
- Maintain community resource databases.
- Support local initiatives and promote borough-wide services.
