YMCA BCG is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

You will create job advertisements, coordinate new starter documentation, handle DBS checks, and draft employment contracts.

You will also support managers with probation reviews, sickness absence processes, and maintain accurate employee records.
