You will manage the full recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish. This includes:
- Creating job advertisements and coordinating new starter documentation.
- Handling DBS checks and drafting employment contracts.
- Supporting managers with probation reviews and sickness absence processes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records across the organisation.
- Providing HR guidance to managers on various people matters.
You will have (or be working towards) a Level 3 CIPD in People Practice. Most importantly, you can hit the ground running.
