We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting our clients based in Northwich.

You’ll spend your whole shift with one person, no travelling between sites, just focused, meaningful support.
About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.45 for day shifts and £69.76 per sleeping night shift. This position is a part time role, offering 33.5 hours per week, to support 1:1 hours and cover 1 24hr shift per week, including a sleeping night.
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
- Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
- Administering medication when required
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and empathetic nature

- A full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
