We are currently seeking Care Support Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting individuals within our short stay (respite) provision based in Northwich, Cheshire.

- You’ll spend your whole shift with one person, no travelling between sites, just focused, meaningful support.
About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care.
After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £15.00 per hour for day shifts.
The role will be a full time (36 hours) with mixture of day and night shifts (sleeping & waking).

- Supporting individuals to take part in meaningful activities, both within the service and in the community
- Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Administering medication when required

To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Be confident in leading and supporting activities.
- Beenthusiastic, reliable and motivated.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
- Be flexible and person-centred in their approach to support.
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
