We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a male client with learning disabilities, PICA and epilepsy, based in London, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1.

You’ll spend your whole shift with one person, no travelling between sites, just focused, meaningful support.
About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £18 per hour. This position involves an average of 9-17 hours per week depending upon our client's term time and non-term-time routines, including days and waking nights.
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
- Supporting our client with their personal care needs
- Assisting our client in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
- Supporting our client to attend appointments and community activities
- Administering medication when required
- Ensuring that our client’s safety is maintained at all times in relation to his diagnosed PICA and Epilepsy
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and empathetic nature

- Basic IT and record-keeping skills
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
