Contract Agile Delivery Manager (Remote Europe)

About the role
As a Delivery Lead, you will ensure the success of software engineering projects, leading Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and collaborating with Product Owners.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams
- Champion Agile principles and build a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork
- Coach development teams in Agile and Scrum practices
- Prioritize and groom the product backlog with Product Owners and Client Partners
- Stay updated with the latest trends and incorporate best practices
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the development process
- Participate in regular show‑and‑tells to promote work to the wider company
Required skills and experience
- Agile team facilitation and Scrum/Kanban experience
- Quarterly planning, OKRs, and metrics experience
- Project and programme management
- Ability to engage technical and non‑technical business teams
- Change management and remote collaboration
- Support the delivery community in adding value to delivery strategy
