Contract Agile Delivery Manager (Remote Europe)

About the role

As a Delivery Lead, you will ensure the success of software engineering projects, leading Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and collaborating with Product Owners.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams
  • Champion Agile principles and build a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork
  • Coach development teams in Agile and Scrum practices
  • Prioritize and groom the product backlog with Product Owners and Client Partners
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and incorporate best practices
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the development process
  • Participate in regular show‑and‑tells to promote work to the wider company
