Solar & Battery Installation Team (2-Man Crew) Employed | South Wales

We are working with a growing renewables business in South Wales that is bringing experienced solar teams in-house to support a strong pipeline of domestic and commercial projects. This is a full-time employed role for an established 2-man team - not subcontracting, not ad hoc work.
What's on offer:
- £45,000 basic per person
- Performance bonuses taking earnings to £55k-£65k
- Overtime available

- BPEC Solar PV qualification
- Battery / energy storage certification
- Strong standards - clean installs, no call-backs
