Skilled Labourer in Walsall

SKILLED LABOURER REQUIRED START 9th June 2025

• Location: Walsall
• Pay: £17 per hour CIS
• Start Date: 9th June 2025
• Own angle grinder and drill required

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join a well-established renewable energy contractor working on a large-scale social housing refurbishment project in Walsall. This role involves working independently, so reference checks will be required.

About the Role:

Youll be responsible for securing rainwater pipes (RWPs) by fitting self-drilling screws through hoppers and pipes to prevent movement. Due to the nature of the work, you must be capable of working alone, using your own power tools (drill and angle grinder).

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting and securing rainwater pipes with self-drilling screws

• Ensuring installations are secure and aligned correctly

• Working independently and safely on occupied housing sites

• General site duties and support where required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Able to drive and work independently

• Own angle grinder and drill

• References required due to lone working

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, proactive approach
