With a growing portfolio of sustainability-focused projects, theyre looking for aSite Managerto lead the delivery of a35-unit social housing refurbishmentscheme in Cardiff and theres plenty more work to follow.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Managing the installation ofEWI, IWI, solar PV, loft insulation, windows, and doors
• Overseeing daily site operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality
• Ensuring works align withPAS2030 / PAS2035and other key retrofit standards

What Youll Need:

• Proven experience managingretrofit worksorsocial housing refurbishments
• Knowledge of PAS2030/PAS2035 (advantageous but not essential)
• ValidSSSTScertification (minimum requirement)
