With a growing portfolio of sustainability-focused projects, they're looking for a Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 35-unit social housing refurbishment scheme in Cardiff and there's plenty more work to follow.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing the installation of EWI, IWI, solar PV, loft insulation, windows, and doors
- Overseeing daily site operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality
- Ensuring works align with PAS2030 / PAS2035 and other key retrofit standards
- Proven experience managing retrofit works or social housing refurbishments
- Knowledge of PAS2030/PAS2035 (advantageous but not essential)
- Valid SSSTS certification (minimum requirement)
- Day rate of up to £275
- 8-month contract with a genuine opportunity to go permanent
