Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established carpentry and joinery subcontractor based in Weybridge. With a strong pipeline of high-end commercial and residential projects, theyre looking to bring on an experienced QS to take ownership of key packages and help drive project profitability.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Preparing tender and contract documentation (e.g., BOQs)
• Carrying out cost planning, valuation, and reporting
• Managing carpentry and joinery packages from pre-con to final account
• Advising on contractual issues and cost risks
• Collaborating closely with project teams, site managers, and external partners
• Leveraging streamlined digital systems to support commercial processes

Were Looking For:

• Experience working oncarpentry/joinery packages either directly for asubcontractoror as part of afit-out project/contractor team
• Strong commercial understanding of construction and fit-out phases
• Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Ready to step into a key commercial role with immediate responsibility
