We are working with contractors delivering long-term social housing and estate-managed property programmes across Glasgow, with a strong pipeline already secured. We are looking for experienced Multi-Tradesmen who are comfortable working in occupied and void properties.

Work includes:

  • Kitchen & bathroom installs
  • Property refurbishments
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Void property turnarounds

What's on offer:

  • £250 - £270 per day
  • 12-18 months consistent work
  • Company van + fuel card provided
  • Structured workstreams (not ad hoc)

Requirements:

  • Strong all-round multi-trade background
