About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing early-stage design concepts and feasibility studies, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality deliverables. This role requires a deep understanding of UK planning policies and a strong ability to manage early project strategy and design development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 0–3
- Develop high-quality design proposals and documentation using Revit
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Participate in planning submissions and early-stage regulatory processes
- Maintain a high standard of design, professionalism, and delivery
Requirements:
- ARB-registered, with substantial experience in UK architecture practices
- Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM experience essential)
