Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated travel consultant with strong knowledge of the China travel market and tour package design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create customised travel packages for clients, including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, transportation, and itineraries.
- Develop and operate China tour products and travel itineraries.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face consultations.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage client accounts independently and support team members when required.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail on all bookings and enquiries.
- Contribute positively to team performance and office operations.
Requirements & Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese/Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
