As a Sales Progressor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring property transactions move smoothly from reservation to completion. You’ll be the key point of contact for buyers, vendors, solicitors, and brokers—keeping everything on track and delivering a seamless client experience. The role is office based with no weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Progress property sales from reservation through to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, block managers, letting agents and clients
- Proactively chase updates and manage timelines
- Identify and resolve delays or issues in the sales process
- Keep accurate records and update internal systems
- Provide outstanding customer service at every stage
