Dataquest Group is a leading Managed Service Provider, including IT, Cloud, Managed Print and Telecoms Solutions & UC. The company is based in the heart of the City of London, in the middle of multiple transportation hubs, such as Liverpool Street, Moorgate, Bank, Barbican and Old Street stations. Our new and modern offices are open plan with a friendly, social culture that exudes a good fun, working environment.

About The Role

We are looking for a new Field Technician with a minimum of 2 years' service experience to join our MPS engineers walking team.

Accountabilities

  • Working with Canon, Ricoh and Kyocera products on a daily basis
  • Effectively investigating and rectifying faults of customer's equipment at their premises in line with service guidelines
  • Completion and preventative maintenance either on fault calls or dedicated visits
  • Completion of work within the given response schedule and to a consistently high standard
  • Installation of machines, including networking and operator training
  • Being personable, approachable with the clients and colleagues by having excellent customer service skills and having an ability to build lasting professional relationships
  • Working closely with Call Control Team

About you

  • Previous experience of working in MPS field technical support (minimum 2 years)
  • To be able to demonstrate competence in photocopier maintenance
  • Completion of manufacturer training courses
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
