With over 1000 employees and a 50,000 sqm facility, we are proud to serve global clients across industries such as medical, automotive, aerospace, and high-end consumer electronics.

About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial technical professional to pioneer MIM technology adoption and drive new business development across European industrial markets. This is not a traditional sales role; you are a Technology Evangelist. You will bridge the gap between Yibi’s world-class engineering in China and the sophisticated manufacturing needs of European clients, positioning Yibi as the preferred strategic partner for complex metal components.

Responsibilities

  • Market Pioneering & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive 'Go-to-Market' strategy to establish Yibi as the MIM technology leader in Europe. Identify 'blue ocean' opportunities in sectors where traditional manufacturing (CNC/Casting) can be replaced by MIM for better ROI.
  • Technical Consulting & Design Optimization: Lead collaborative 'Design for Manufacturability' (DfM) sessions with client engineering teams. Conduct in-depth technical consultations to solve complex design challenges using Yibi’s material science and MIM capabilities.
  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Lead the entire acquisition process from initial technical pitch to project implementation. Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through systematic market mapping and targeted outreach.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish Yibi’s authority in the European market by representing the company at industry conferences, delivering technical workshops, and developing case studies that demonstrate our innovative edge.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years of success in technical business development or application engineering within precision manufacturing (MIM, Die Casting, or CNC experience preferred).
  • Market Knowledge: Proven track record of introducing new manufacturing technologies to skeptical markets and converting them into long-term partnerships.
  • Language: Native or Full Professional Proficiency in BOTH German and English is mandatory.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial 'Hunter' spirit with the ability to work independently and manage complex, long-cycle technical sales.
