We are seeking an entrepreneurial technical professional to pioneer MIM technology adoption and drive new business development across European industrial markets. This is not a traditional sales role; identify "blue ocean" opportunities in sectors where traditional manufacturing (CNC/Casting) can be replaced by MIM for better ROI.
Strategic Client Acquisition:Lead the entire acquisition process from initial technical pitch to project implementation. Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through systematic market mapping and targeted outreach.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
- 5+ years of success in technical business development or application engineering within precision manufacturing (MIM, Die Casting, or CNC experience preferred).
- Proven track record of introducing new manufacturing technologies to skeptical markets and converting them into long-term partnerships.
- Native or Full Professional Proficiency in BOTH German and English is mandatory.
- An entrepreneurial "Hunter" spirit with the ability to work independently and manage complex, long-cycle technical sales.
