We combine craftsmanship, engineering precision, and advanced automation to deliver high-quality solutions for luxury and premium markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Project Engineer to support the development and delivery of projects for our UK and European clients. This role will act as a bridge between Yibi’s manufacturing teams in China and our clients in the UK, ensuring that technical requirements, timelines, quality standards, and production feasibility are clearly understood and well executed. You will work closely with clients, engineering, production, quality, and commercial teams to support product development, solve technical issues, and ensure smooth project delivery from sampling to production.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project development for stainless steel jewelry, luxury accessories, hardware, and precision components.
  • Review client drawings, technical specifications, samples, and product requirements.
  • Communicate technical requirements clearly between UK/European clients and Yibi’s engineering and manufacturing teams in China.
  • Assess manufacturing feasibility, production risks, timelines, materials, surface finishes, and quality requirements.
  • Follow up on sampling, prototyping, testing, production progress, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, production, quality control, sales, and supply chain.
  • Help identify and resolve technical issues during product development and production.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements such as REACH.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Based in the UK, with flexibility to communicate across different time zones.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with international luxury and fashion brands.
  • Direct exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and product development.
