About the Role
We are seeking a UK-based Project Manager to oversee end-to-end jewelry development projects for British and European luxury clients.
You will act as the main link between clients and Yibi’s product development, manufacturing, and quality teams in China, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements and European quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage jewelry projects from initial brief and sampling through approval and production.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate product development, manufacturing, and quality teams in China.
- Serve as the primary contact for UK and European clients.
- Track samples, revisions, approvals, production progress, and deliveries.
- Identify and resolve quality, cost, and timeline risks.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and relevant European regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, or luxury.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing projects for UK or European luxury brands.
- Experience working with international or China-based manufacturing teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with stainless steel, MIM, polishing, stone setting, plating, or PVD is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
