About the Company
Yibi Group is a premier strategic manufacturing partner and a leader in luxury hardware, high-end jewelry, and precision metal components. As the only China-based manufacturer fully certified by LVMH, Kering, and Richemont, we operate 50,000㎡ of advanced facilities dedicated to artisanal excellence and intelligent automation. Beyond our technical leadership, Yibi Group serves as a strategic bridge for global icons, leveraging our exclusive private banking networks and high-end e-commerce infrastructure to drive brand growth in the Chinese market.
About the Role
Your mission is to act as the key strategic liaison between Yibi Group and the senior leadership of British luxury houses and prestige automotive brands headquartered in the UK (e.g., Burberry, Bentley, etc.). You will identify and secure authorized licensing opportunities for "White-Space Categories"—high-precision lifestyle products such as Designer Small Appliances, Home Essentials, and Tech Accessories. By combining Yibi’s certified manufacturing prowess with our sophisticated China distribution network, you will empower British brands to expand their lifestyle footprint without capital risk.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Acquisition: Initiate high-level dialogues with Licensing Directors and Heads of Global Business Development at UK-based luxury and heritage brands.
- White-Space Opportunity Pitching: Present compelling business cases for non-core category extensions, demonstrating how Yibi’s precision metal craftsmanship can elevate a brand's presence in daily lifestyle settings.
- HQ Relationship Management: Lead end-to-end negotiations with brand headquarters in London, ensuring all concepts align with the brand’s global heritage and aesthetic standards.
- China Market Advocacy: Leverage Yibi’s localized market data to influence brand strategy, highlighting opportunities within China’s HNWI (High-Net-Worth) and Gen-Z demographics.
- Omnichannel Growth Strategy: Articulate Yibi’s unique ability to reach "invisible" elite consumers via 200+ private banking sectors and premium digital platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin).
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 10+ years in Brand Licensing, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development within the UK luxury, fashion, or prestige automotive sectors.
- Influential Network: An active, established network of senior-level contacts at major British luxury brands and global licensing agencies.
- Strategic Vision: A deep appreciation for British brand heritage and the ability to propose lifestyle extensions that enhance, rather than dilute, brand exclusivity.
- Cross-Cultural Mastery: Exceptional communication skills; the ability to translate China’s digital-first market logic into the professional business language of UK brand guardians.
- Negotiation Excellence: Proven track record of securing complex, high-value licensing or joint-venture agreements.
Required Skills
- Certified Manufacturing Excellence: Direct access to LVMH/Kering/Richemont-certified production facilities.
- Zero R&D/CAPEX Investment: Brands can test new lifestyle categories with zero investment in research, development, or supply chain.
- Elite Market Penetration: Immediate reach into China’s Tier 2-4 cities via high-net-worth private traffic and premium digital channels.
