This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Hazelmere, our Retirement Living Scheme in Winsford. As an Administrator, your role will include essential administration tasks, but this is also a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers’ lives.
What will my working week look like?
You will be based onsite at Hazelmere, situated in Winsford. Your work hours will be 17.5 per week on a three-week rota, including one weekend.
What will I be responsible for doing?
As part of the Hazelmere team, in addition to admin tasks you will provide support and signposting to our customers, and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling customers at Hazelmere to live independently. One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety; no two days will be the same!
Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organisation, and often the first person dealing face to face with customers and external partners. It’s a given you will have excellent communication skills and be a true people person, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG’s service to our customers.
