We’re looking for a Process Design Business Analyst to support the organisation through a major change, as we implement new core systems bringing together multiple platforms into one. The role will focus on working with impacted teams to design and map new ways of working that align with the capabilities of the new systems. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high‑impact programme and to make a real, tangible impact on how the organisation operates.
You will be working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, largely homeworking with the requirement to attend our Head Office in Birchwood regularly to collaborate with key project stakeholders, attend meetings and training courses when needed. You will work with a range of stakeholders and across teams, building shared understanding and ensuring changes are practical, agreed, and simplify people’s roles.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and map current business processes.
- Work across departments to understand and improve ways of working.
- Ensure processes are consistent and efficient end‑to‑end.
- Support workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Produce clear and practical process documentation.
- Be part of a major project integration, developing experience in system implementation and process design.
