Yhangry is a chef marketplace helping customers easily book private chefs for various occasions such as birthdays, hen parties, or weekly meal preparation. We have built the UK's largest community of 3000+ chefs and have just launched in the US.
We are looking for a full-funnel Growth Lead who can scale Yhangry's demand side (meaning people looking for private chefs) by improving performance marketing, building high-performing creative, and unlocking new channels that consistently deliver profitable bookings.
You are not (only) a Google Ads operator. You are a performance-driven growth builder who owns the entire acquisition engine: traffic, creative, landing page conversion, tracking, and unit economics. Your mission: discover and scale the winning acquisition model that increases our ROAS and profitably 10x's bookings in the UK and the US.
What You’ll Own
- Full Paid Acquisition Ownership
- Scale UK Google Ads while improving ROAS, and unlock new high-volume channels
- Build and run a structured testing roadmap across Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest etc.
- Implement aggressive test-and-learn cycles to increase ROI
- Launch campaigns in new geos as we expand globally
- Creative Production and Iteration
- Build a repeatable creative machine
- Script, brief, test, and iterate UGC / chef-led content
- Test 20–30 new creatives per month
- Build performance, creative standards, and a library of winning formats
- Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Own landing page testing
- Work with product/design to deploy weekly A/B tests and improve messaging, value prop clarity, pricing transparency etc.
- Tracking, Analytics & Attribution
- Own tracking architecture via Google Tag Manager and event setup in GA4
- Ensure reliable conversion tracking, offline lead quality data, and LTV/CAC insights.
- Build dashboards and reporting automation e.g. Looker Studio.
- Contribute to attribution discussions across Meta, Google, SEO, LLMO, affiliates, influencers, etc.

Requirements (Must Have)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Scaled ad spend to $200k+ per month across multiple channels
- Demonstrated 3-5x ROAS improvements
- Proven success in B2C marketplaces or local services (Airbnb, DoorDash/Deliveroo, Thumbtack, Bark, Upwork, Shef, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Google, Meta, TikTok fundamentals
- Experience with creative testing frameworks
- High technical rigor in tracking, attribution, and analytics
- Deep technical capability with GA4, Google Tag Manager, dashboarding e.g. Looker Studio, conversion tracking & feed setup
