YHA Cambridge is one of YHA's oldest and best-loved hostels, providing superb, modern accommodation for those looking to explore the historic city of Cambridge. The youth hostel is in a prime location, only three minutes' walk from the train station, making it easily accessible. YHA Cambridge is a vibrant hostel with a bustling cafe-bar.
We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working team member willing to work five days a week, including weekends, with some experience and excellent customer service skills who thrives in a busy international environment. You will need to show initiative, passion for customer service, and be able to work with minimal or no supervision. Our hostel offers an entirely distinctive workplace, far from the ordinary office setting.

As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
- Working on reception and offering insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
- Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
- Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
- Assisting in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serving food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence more sales.
