Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant to Co-Founders
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founders in expanding the three pillars of their global investment and philanthropic initiatives, which are in the early stages in the UK. These three pillars include 1) A global investment fund focusing on long-term investments in world-changing technologies, 2) A non-profit foundation focusing on rare diseases, 3) A non-profit foundation focusing on innovative education. The Co-Founders believe in the mission of solving important problems by investing in underfunded and overlooked areas and creating world-class organisations. The Executive Assistant role offers a unique opportunity for a long-term career, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation and meaningful growth of multiple ventures.
- The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting both business and personal aspects of the Co-Founders\’ lives.
- The business-specific aspects of the role will be varied and multifaceted. The Co-Founders’ initiatives span medical and scientific research, education, and investment, offering a diverse and enriching experience. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Citrin Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to finding a cure for a rare disease and providing support to patients. They will assist the Co-Founders in the running of the investment company, YH2 Capital and for overseeing Cresconova Academy, a charitable educational organisation offering innovative curriculum to inspired learners as well as underprivileged youths.
- Of equal importance to the business-specific responsibilities, the role will entail managing aspects of the principals’ household and personal affairs with discretion and confidentiality.
