Refuge is recruiting a Duty Independent Gender Violence Advocate (IGVA) to join our Hertfordshire team. You will be the first point of contact for survivors and professionals, assess risks, provide safety actions and ensure smooth handovers to the IGVA team.
This full-time, permanent role requires evening shift work and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to empower survivors, offer emotional and practical support, and help them access their rights.
