The Elders is seeking an experienced Principal Philanthropy Lead to grow and diversify its income. You will build trusted relationships with major donors and philanthropic partners worldwide, leading unrestricted and project funding while supporting sustainability.
Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will lead the fundraising cycle, develop compelling proposals and manage donor budgets across currencies. International travel is expected.
