Ygam is seeking a Deputy Chief Executive Officer to partner with the CEO, lead the Global Executive Leadership Team and drive strategic growth across multiple countries.
The role requires 10–15+ years of senior leadership in international non-profit or humanitarian sectors, the ability to deputise for the CEO, strong governance, fundraising and stakeholder engagement, and willingness to work remotely with international travel.
