About Nordoff and Robbins
Nordoff and Robbins is the UK’s largest music therapy charity, with more than 60 years’ experience using music to support people affected by illness, disability, trauma, isolation, social exclusion and mental health challenges. Music therapy is a clinically recognised, HCPC-regulated allied health profession. Through music-making within a therapeutic relationship, it helps people communicate and express themselves, build confidence, connect with others, and improve their health and wellbeing.
We provide therapy through our own centres and in partnership with schools, hospitals, care homes, hospices and community organisations across England, Scotland and Wales. We also train music therapists through our accredited Master’s and PhD programmes and invest in research to strengthen the impact of our work. Everyone who could benefit from music therapy deserves access to it. We need courageous, curious, agile and innovative change makers—and music lovers—to help us promote the power of music therapy across digital platforms.
Our culture
We are a charity with people and music at its heart. We are committed to providing an equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace that is full of inspiring colleagues who work tirelessly to put those we exist to serve front and centre of everything we do, whilst working collaboratively with integrity and kindness. Everyone at Nordoff and Robbins has a role to play in building and nurturing our inclusive culture. You will be encouraged to be yourself and we want everyone to feel a genuine sense of belonging. We value curiosity, kindness, passion, accountability and continuous learning.
About the role
Digital marketing is critical to building a resilient organisation that can deliver our mission sustainably. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong technical skills who can lead and develop our digital strategy, engage supporters and clients, and build productive relationships across the organisation. - A place for brave ideas and trying things out. We won’t always get everything right, but if we take learnings from failures, testing new things out is always encouraged. You will be invited to bring bold, creative and forward-thinking engagement tactics to help us communicate the transformative impact of music therapy.
- You will have the chance to be instrumental in creating the digital roadmap to increase awareness, number of supporters and donations.
