They are now looking for a Quality Inspector to strengthen their operations and ensure every product leaving the factory meets the highest standards of accuracy, finish and compliance. The Role As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving our quality standards. Your work will directly support production, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities * Inspect components for defects using visual checks, digital measuring tools and manual inspection equipment. * Examine metal surfaces to identify dents, scratches, breaks and finish inconsistencies. * Take and record surface finish measurements accurately. * Complete all associated documentation and quality records. * Support quality investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. * Compile and maintain paperwork for audits and customer requirements. * Contribute to process improvement, process control, Lean 5S and Agile activities. * Record and utilise inspection data to support reporting and decision‑making. * Maintain excellent housekeeping standards; assist with inventory checks and deep cleaning. * Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding the highest quality standards at all times. * Help drive improvements in quality, productivity, safety and customer service.
