  • Programming and adjusting machines to optimise efficiency, accuracy and finish.
  • Conducting quality checks, measuring tolerances and maintaining documentation to ensure parts meet strict standards.
  • Collaborating with engineers and production teams to continuously improve processes.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Setter, ideally in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
