What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up, operating and maintaining Fanuc CNC Lathes to produce high-precision motorsport components.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications to deliver flawless results.
- Programming and adjusting machines to optimise efficiency, accuracy and finish.
- Conducting quality checks, measuring tolerances and maintaining documentation to ensure parts meet strict standards.
- Collaborating with engineers and production teams to continuously improve processes.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Setter, ideally in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes (programming experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and inspection procedures.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
