Branch Manager – Garage Doors\\n\\nPermanent\\n\\n£36,000.00 – £38,000.00 per annum plus bonus & exceptional benefits!\\n\\nDays\\n\\nWatford\\n\\nAn established and respected garage door and entrance door installation company, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their busy Watford branch.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, hands-on manager to play a key role in a small but dynamic team, overseeing the day-to-day planning, coordination and operation of the branch.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the branch. This is a varied, practical role combining management, sales, administration and customer service. You will manage a team of four, support installation scheduling, handle customer enquiries and gain in-depth knowledge of our products.\\n\\nThis is a hands-on position, involving occasional heavy lifting and direct involvement in branch operations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Managing and motivating a team of 4 staff\\n\\n * Handling enquiries and sales of garage doors and related products\\n\\n * Answering and making telephone calls\\n\\n * Responding promptly to emails\\n\\n * Dealing with customers face-to-face\\n\\n * Processing orders and scheduling installations\\n\\n * Checking delivered goods against delivery notes for condition and quantity\\n\\n * Maintaining an efficient, organised branch operation\\n\\nEssential Skills & Experience\\n\\n * Proven supervisory or management experience\\n\\n * Strong sales and customer service skills\\n\\n * Excellent written and verbal communication\\n\\n * Good IT literacy\\n\\n * Strong time management and organisational skills\\n\\n * Ability to work effectively within a team\\n\\n * High attention to detail\\n\\n * Willingness to be hands-on, including some heavy lifting\\n\\nDesirable Experience\\n\\n * Experience within the garage door industry, construction, builders’ merchants or home improvement sectors\\n\\nWorking Hours\\n\\n * Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm\\n\\n * Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm (rota basis)\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\n * Competitive salary dependent on experience\\n\\n * Monthly, quarterly and annual performance-related bonus schemes\\n\\n * Company car\\n\\n * Company mobile phone\\n\\n * 5 weeks’ paid holiday\\n\\n * Company pension contributions\\n\\n * Friendly working environment\\n\\n * Full training provided\\n\\nIf you’re an organised, people-focused manager who enjoys being involved at every level of the business, we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\nTo be considered for this position, please send us your CV ASAP by applying to this advert
