Face-to-Face Fundraiser — Premium Sites & Events London & UK

£520/week guaranteed + uncapped commission | £1,000+ OTE

Experienced fundraisers only. If you’ve never worked F2F before, this role isn’t for you.

YFR books the venues other agencies can’t get into. Shopping centres, exhibitions, private sites, major events — pre-booked, high-footfall, and warm. You’ll represent some of the UK’s best-known charities and turn real conversations into long-term donors.

No clipboards on cold pavements. No chasing shoppers down the high street. Better locations, better conversations, better money.

What you’ll earn
  • £520/week guaranteed (35 hours, aligned with London Living Wage)
  • £50 per sign-up after your first 9 each week — uncapped
  • Realistic £1,000+ weekly earnings for strong performers, and our top fundraisers clear that comfortably
  • Weekly pay
  • Performance bonuses on top
What you’ll do

Work premium venues across London and the UK, have confident unscripted conversations with the public, and secure regular monthly donations for charities people actually recognise. You’ll move between sites, events, and campaigns — so if you get bored standing in the same spot for weeks, you’ll like it here.

Who we’re hiring

You’ve done F2F fundraising before and you’re good at it. You know how to open a conversation with a stranger, read the room, handle objections, and close on a regular gift without sounding like a script. You care about sign-up quality and donor retention — not just hitting a daily number and moving on.

If that’s you, we want to talk. If you’re looking for your first fundraising role, come back to us after a season somewhere else.

What you get
  • Premium pre-booked sites.
  • Full kit and equipment.
  • Ongoing coaching from people who’ve actually done the job.
  • A clear path into team leader and management roles for anyone who wants it.
  • Flexible scheduling across full-time hours.
Why YFR

We’re a performance-driven fundraising company built around quality, consistency, and long-term donor value. If you’re experienced and tired of weaker venues, weaker structure, and lower ceilings elsewhere — this is the step up.
