This is a highly entrepreneurial role offering the opportunity to help establish yfood in new markets such as Spain, Portugal, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

You will shape local influencer ecosystems from the ground up while contributing to yfood’s international growth story. Serve as the main point of contact for agency and partner management, alignment, and performance monitoring, while helping to establish scalable influencer marketing structures. Identify, source, and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns as a support across international growth markets, working with influencers of all sizes on Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok to build strong and diverse communities aligned with the yfood brand. Develop creative campaign concepts and briefs that enable influencers to produce authentic, high-performing content. Benefits

  • We promote equal opportunities and value diversity. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
  • Holidays are important. That’s why we give you 30 days of paid leave a year.
  • Agility is key. That’s why we work in a hybrid working model and offer you the opportunity to work with Workation from other EU countries.
  • Yfood cares. With a subsidised membership at Qualitrain you can do yourself good for only 29€ per month. For this purpose, we offer workshops and campaigns (e.g. step challenge for a good cause) as part of our health management.
  • Away from the spot. We contribute €30 to your MVV ticket and offer you the opportunity to lease a bicycle at a reduced price through JobRad.
  • Train your taste buds. Everyone who wants to is part of our Sensory Team. So try new products, varieties or flavours before anyone else. Otherwise, there’s as much yfood as you can carry, free of charge for you, of course.
  • As a start-up, you often have to deal with clichés. But some of them are true. That’s why we also offer a fruit basket, your free caffeine kick or a quiet drink.
  • Come as you are. Whether in a suit or a unicorn onesie. We don’t have a dress code.

Qualifications

  • Strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. You have a strong sensitivity to cultural differences, local trends, and market-specific consumer behaviour.
  • Proven experience managing agencies, influencers, and external partners, combined with a strong understanding of the international social media and influencer landscape, particularly across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
  • A hands‑on mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You are confident working with KPIs, campaign reporting, and performance‑driven influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Fluent English skills (C2 level); Spanish is a plus, and additional European languages are considered beneficial.
