YF are incredibly excited to be working with a founder-led, high growth, scale-up challenger brand who are disrupting their category. Since being founded in 2022, they have had TV appearances, endless 5 star reviews and boast a wide range of stockists throughout the UK. They have a core sustainability factor at the heart of what they do; promoting top tier ingredients without compromise. We are partnered with them to source a Brand/ Marketing Manager to take autonomy of the marketing function and continue to bring the brand to life. Working closely with the founders, you will create and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and connects with the wider community. Key responsibilities: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that is in full alignment with business strategy to increase brand awareness. Cultivate and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity that resonates with our target audience and builds a loyal customer base. Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content across social platforms by collaborating with external content creators and partnering with aligned brands. Manage all social media posts, blog content, and email newsletters to boost customer engagement and loyalty. Collaborate with external agencies to support the execution of PR initiatives and paid advertising campaigns. Monitor customer insights and performance metrics to analye trends and refine marketing strategies. Requirements: 2+ years’ marketing experience in FMCG. Content/ social/ community management minded – staying up to date with trends. Proven ability to champion the voice of the customer and turn customer insights into actionable plans. Passionate foodie and excited by a challenge.
